Strike Footwear, a performance footwear brand designed for anglers, has confirmed that its Silvertip Boat Shoe has become its top-selling model worldwide since launching earlier this year. The brand reports surging demand across the UK, Europe and North America, driven by a market seeking technically advanced, sustainable footwear for both marine and casual use.
Designed for both on-deck and off-deck wear, the Silvertip has outpaced other models in the Strike range. It is now the preferred choice among anglers, boaters and performance footwear customers globally, as the company scales up its market presence.

The shoe incorporates several purpose-built features aimed at enhancing functionality in marine environments. These include a water-repellent leather upper, rapid-drainage Aqua Sluice gill channels, and a non-marking Solum™ Bio-Tread outsole for enhanced grip.
Sustainability also plays a central role in the product’s construction. The Silvertip Boat Shoe utilises SEAQUAL® yarn, created from upcycled marine plastic, along with recycled polyester and plant-based sole components. Strike’s approach reflects its dual commitment to environmental responsibility and high-performance design.

“From day one we set out to deliver not just another boat shoe, but something that would truly challenge expectations,” said Stephen Palmer, Founder and CEO of Strike. “To see the Silvertip rise as our best-selling model globally is a validation of our design philosophy, our team’s dedication and the bond we share with the angling community worldwide. We’re just getting started.”
This early success is set to support Strike’s next stage of growth, with further expansion of its distribution network and marketing operations planned. The brand also continues to invest in innovation and sustainability through its material development efforts and a partnership with the International Game Fish Association (IGFA).
The Silvertip Boat Shoe is currently available via the Strike Footwear website for £110.
