Hotel Chocolat has partnered with Deliveroo to introduce on-demand chocolate gifting, with the service launching initially from five of the chocolatier’s UK locations.
Customers can order a selected range of Hotel Chocolat products through Deliveroo from Manchester Cross Street, Chiswick, Staines, St James’s and Wimbledon.
Gifting Range Available Through Deliveroo
The initial range includes the Velvetiser®, Hotel Chocolat’s new boxed selections, its signature Selectors and Velvetised Creams.
The partnership provides an additional route for customers buying gifts for occasions including birthdays, celebrations, thank-you gestures and visits to hosts, as well as more immediate gifting requirements.
Hotel Chocolat said searches for the brand on the Deliveroo app increased by more than 40% in the year to June 2026 compared with the preceding 12 months. The agreement also adds the chocolatier to Deliveroo’s expanding on-demand retail offer.
The exclusive partnership comes as Hotel Chocolat prepares for the final months of the year, with Christmas products including Advent calendars and stocking fillers due to be added to the Deliveroo range later in 2026.
Hotel Chocolat was founded in 2004 and operates a cacao farm in Saint Lucia alongside its chocolate manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire.
